You can send your items to them which they will reimburse you when you receive your settlement, or you can request a free refinity kit to be mailed to you. If you ask for the refinity kit it can take 3-5 days. Once they receive your package, you will get an email from them telling you how much your items were worth. You have an option to accept it or decline it. They pay you by check.
